Welcome to Collective—a coaching and consulting experience designed to develop confident worship leaders and healthy worship teams.
With over 15 years of worship ministry experience in both English and Spanish contexts, including leading at a multi campus church — I created Collective to equip the next wave of worship leaders, strengthen and unify volunteer teams, and help churches build sustainable, Spirit-led ministries.
